The Superior Precision Chamber Gauge measures the distance between the shoulder datum of the chamber and the start of the bore.  It is used in conjunction with the Cartridge Gauge and an 8" caliper (or equivalent).

The Chamber Gauge can be used with bare barrels or bolt action rifles with the bolt removed.

The Superior Precision Chamber Gauge is made of 6061 aluminum with a brass tip to protect your chamber from damage.  The handles are aluminum.
